the bridge connects tampa to clearwater, fla. so far, no serious property damage reported. the tropical storm warnings have been issued for alabama and the florida panhandle. debby is the fourth named storm of the season. john collins is standing by. will we see any of this rain? >> probably not. debby will be held to the south as far as that is concerned, but to the northwest there is a system in the great lakes. there may be a rumble of thunder in there. let me put this radar in motion. it is running mostly to the east. this should clear up the northeastern corner of the state. there is some storm activity in northern virginia, fredericksburg, north of virginia.

the rain chance of will be increasing tonight and tomorrow morning. we will talk about it in just a few minutes. >> prince george's county council and with storms friday and now bge are helping with the cleanup. they think it was a micro burst with gusts up to 100 miles per hour. it damaged 100 buildings, caused trees and power lines to fall. they went in to help. now i developing story in queen anne's county. we are told it charred 40-50 acres. one firefighter was injured. a chicken to the hospital in a word on his condition. the blaze is 90% contained and no word on how the fire began. anne arundel county officials are still trying to figure out

what caused this house fire in arnold just after 7:00 saturday night. it came from neighbors calling in. one person on the scene treated for minor injuries. one person dead after a two-car accident in westminster. a car west on 97 crossed the double yellow-lined into oncoming traffic. the passenger of the second car was taken to carroll hospital center in where he later died. good news for our wallets. gas prices continued to drop. the national average is about 3:48 right now. prices have dropped 60 cents in maryland. an average right now is $3.35 per gallon. keep in mind, with the troubles

from in the gulf, oil production could be effected. you will remember gov. martin o'malley was blasting lawmakers after a select panel failed to come up with a plan to lower tax rates that will allow a sixth casino to be developed in prince george's county. o'malley says they will not allow the new casino. we caught up with the comptroller to talk about a possible special session on gambling. >> why, in maryland, would we embarrass ourselves and call a special session to expand gambling? we just had one to raise taxes on maryland families, now they want a session where we expand gambling in lower that taxes on the all-time millionaire casino error -- owners? it's the wrong direction for the state to go in. >> governor o'malley says he will continue to push on the issue of the expansion of gambling.

>> take a look at this picture. three people are missing after two freight trains collided in the oklahoma panhandle. officials say there are chemicals on at least one train but they're not near them. they are owned by union pacific. they say it is unclear how many people were on the train at the time of the crash for what had caused the collision. >> your 11 insta-weather + forecast with meteorologist john collins.
