be aware of that. a crash on 29th street and handed avenue in the city. the major roadways are looking ok. eight minutes on the outer loop of the northwest corner. 18 minutes on 895 southbound between the 95's. this is the beltway in the southwest corner at baltimore national pike. very light volume in both directions. 95 at the fort mchenry, both directions moving just fine. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> police are investigating a murder overnight in west baltimore. detectives arrived on the scene found eutaw place and found a man shot and killed. no word as to a suspect or a possible motive. one of baltimore's oldest movie palaces in catches fire

overnight. it started at 12:30 this morning at liberty heights avenue. the flames shot out to the roof of the theater. crews battled the blaze. no injuries were reported. in north baltimore, firefighters battled another fire at robert street. the fire damaged several vacant row homes. >> more than 90% of customers who lost power have it restored. that is of little comfort to the 50,000 homes and businesses that do remain in the dark. nadia ramdass is live with more. >> we're live and charles street were many of the homes in this community are still without power. this road has been shut down since monday because of a number

of downed trees, some of them sitting on live wires. crews are supposed to be coming here sometime today. one resident said that she has been hearing that for days. more than 650,000 customers have their power back on. 50,000 customers in baltimore county are still in the dark. one community has been sweating it out adjusting to no electricity. they say being power deprived for so long has been frustrating. >> i'm having to go to my niece's house to shampoo my hair. i'm going to charge my phone over there. i'm going to use her computer for a few minutes to see what has been going on on my computer. i'm running out of batteries for anything else running in the house. >> the g expects repairs to
