calls for water conservation. >> kim dacey joins us live. there are any breaks in the mains. >> it is potential breaks in the main. the department of public works will start making some adjustments to protect the water supply. the potential break in the line was discovered in southwest baltimore. using high-tech equipment, the dpw has replaced three sections of the main. citizens are being asked to conserve water. >> please refrain from outside watering, car washing, power washing the pool topping until after sunset or during the early morning hours. please do not wash clothes or dishes or do not essentials indoor cleaning using water

in north baltimore. the victim said she was walking around 2:00 a.m. on july 1 when she was approached at gunpoint by a man who tried to sexually assault her. police have not released any additional details. no troffer the defendants in the attack of a tourist that went viral online. aaron parsons pleaded guilty to robbery charges. he will serve a year in prison. deangelo carter and shayona davis pleaded guilty to assault charges. shatia baldwin will be sentenced in december. >> a man was found shot to death in parkton. this happened on darlington drive. he had been shot multiple times. there is no word on a suspect or

to the water mains. >> kim dacey joins us live to give us more details. >> these repairs come after an extensive study in march using high-tech equipment that uncovered a new problem. using high-tech equipment like the pipe diver, inspectors found the potential break in southwest baltimore in march. >> due to pro-active work of the department of public works, we have gone ahead of a potential serious matter. >> most of the large water breaks were caused by prestressed pipes. the outer wire on these pipes have failed, causing them to break. today there will be making some adjustments. they will begin replacing 316- foot sections of the 54-inch main to prevent future breaks.
