northeast side and the west side. 10 minutes to travel south on 95 down towards 32. here's a quick live look at traffic. you can see where the traffic lights are out at 50 and 404. so far so good getting through that intersection. this is the north side at york road. problem free on the entire beltway. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> nearly two dozen families were displaced after a fire. >> it happened early sunday morning in randallstown. kim dacey is live with the very latest. >> good morning. firefighters say there were working smoke alarms in the building. there were no injuries associated with the fire. the blaze started early sunday morning in randallstown.

the video shows the magnitude of what firefighters were facing in the fire. about 100 responded to the scene and it took them an hour and a half to get the fire under control. fire officials think it may have started in the third floor unit and destroying 24 apartment units. >> the fire was contained to that apartment and the attic area. a lot of water damage. residents were displaced because of water damage. >> officials are not sure how many people were displaced. the red cross is working to get those folks a temporary place to stay. kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> hours before those flames, baltimore county fire crews responded to a fire.

the shames were shooting out of a home undergoing renovations on gettysburg avenue. it spread to a nearby wooded area. they are still trying to determine the cause. crews will resume their search for a missing boater. the search was turned over to the coast guard. a boating accident happened on sunday night. >> police have found a getaway car last night in columbia. investigators say tuan minh pham got into a fight with a man outside. he chased the man into the salon and open fire. a female victim had a protective order against pham.

he is wanted for attempted murder. a police officer is on administrative leave after shooting an unarmed man. police say devonte bowman outside a 7-eleven start with a gun. officers responded to the scene. one of the officers fired his gun, killing devonte bowman. police arrest three attempted murder suspects after shooting a suspect in baltimore county. officials investigating a police-involved shooting in reisterstown. police say a man attacked them with a sword. police then arrested three suspects. there were involved in an incident when a boy was taken to a field and shot in the head.

suspects are charged with attempted murder. >> work is scheduled to replace a large part of a water main in southwest baltimore. three sections need to be replaced. this main was flagged with a potential for failure. some residents may notice a slight decrease in their water pressure. residents are urged to conserve water as much as possible during the repairs. the orioles will start a series with minnesota. the tigers were in town over the weekend. justin verlander took to the mound for the tigers. he struck out eight.

humidity in the air. some lights sprinkles in northern calvert county and passing over towards the bay. the radar is completely clear. the dew points are close to the temperature and maybe some fog and maybe some drizzle. it is a sticky pattern. if we see any precipitation, it will come in the form of thunderstorms towards the afternoon. we're seeing quite a bit of cloud from baltimore down to the south. a understorm cell passing through western pennsylvania. we could see some thunderstorms forming this afternoon. sticky.hot and there is instability. we're waiting for this pattern to change.

a storm system from the west is stalling l. it could start to move and that's to be heading our way wednesday into thursday. then it becomes a lot more comfortable. mild and sticky. 75 in ocean city. look at that -- the dew point is 70 at bwi. the higher the number, the stickier if feels. we will factor this in today as far as the heat goes. it could start to feel close to 105 degrees in baltimore city. we're expecting a rise in the mid 90's. top off the humidity and it feels a few degrees higher. isolated thunderstorms are possible if this afternoon.

he was released because of jail overcrowding and days off for good behavior. last month he was sentenced to 60 days for his role in the election day robocall. he petitioned the court to allow him to visit his elderly mother who has been treated at a baltimore hospital. police are trying to determine what determine a deadly weekend accident. police say marcell smith was driving south on 83 when his motorcycle hit a car. he was driving at high rate of speed. the driver of the car was not injured. >> there is a chance maryland lawmakers could meet again to discuss gambling in the state. the governor is scheduled to meet with the mayor today along with other local officials to

we have been tracking an accident and was down 70 at the patapsco river bridge. it is off to the shoulder. no lanes are closed. eastbound 70 looking good at the patapsco river bridge. 65 traveling southbound on 95 from white marsh down to the beltway. an easy ride on southbound 295 in anne arundel county. in queens and county, traffic lights are defective and non flash -- in queen anne's county. this is 50 at 404. utility trucks remain on the scene. be extra careful getting through that intersection. this is belair road to and from 95. the entire beltway running delay-free at this time. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11.
