traffic. we still have three lanes closed on lombard and light street. other closures in portions of fleet. it will be a very busy day downtown. there are closures along mount royal between north and charles all the way through the weekend in advance of artscape. we have an accident along the 32 in sykesville. here's a quick live look at traffic. not a lot. 95 looking good coming down from white marsh. harbor tunnel looks good. the big story is right at lombard and light street. closes remain in effect and big time delays expected downtown. kim dacey will have a live report. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11.

>> our big story this morning, it could be days before the water main break is fixed. >> drivers are encouraged to take an alternate route. kim dacey joins us live with the latest. good morning. >> we are right at redwood and light street were the road is blocked off. this is blocked because of the water main break. crews remain on the scene. you can see the same call in the middle of light street. it looks like this will take a while to cleanup -- you can see the big sinkhole. the water main broke yesterday at the worst possible time. the water main was built in the 89 nepos and most likely deteriorated because of its old

inner harbor. the normal high today is 88. the record today is 101. we will be getting close to that. high temperatures once again in the upper 90's to near 100 degrees. 84 is the current temperature downtown. 77 in ocean city. in the 60's in the mountains. the dew point temperatures have been dropping down to the northern part of the state. 66 in parkton. 71 at the airport. 70's across the lower eastern shore. notice how some of the drier air is coming in from the north. if it is hi, not as bad.

one lane is getting by. light street is shut down between fiat and lombard. some closures expected along redwood. closures in effect in advance of artscape. that is this weekend they are doing some preparation for artscape. you will need some extra time because delays expected. we have an accident in sykesville. this is the east side of the beltway just prior to the key bridge. you can see we have several lanes closed on the inner loop. we may have all lanes closed. we will keep you posted on this. the inner loop is where you're seeing those closures. the northeast corner of the beltway is looking pretty good.

administration will resume its investigation into a small plane crash in montgomery county. one person is dead. the crash happened just before 7:30 on monday night at davis airport in laytonsville. the plane rolled over and went down just after takeoff. now an update. one man is dead and two other people are recovering after a triple shooting. this happened on a monday morning. investigators said two men forced their way into a home. three people were shot. a woman survived and is reported in good condition. >> a milestone announcement.
