pursuit to the edge of baltimore city. sky team 11 followed the car onto i-95 and i-97, and then onto route 100. it crossed the center line and slammed into another car. the driver took off into the woods, but officers with the k-9 unit caught him in a vacant house. >> very scary, because i left work when i was supposed to come i could have been part of that accident. thank god i stated work a little late. >> watson not the owner of the vehicle and was in violation of april warrant. no one was injured during the chase. delegate pat mcdonough began working to defeat the dream act, a piece of legislation that would allow children of illegal immigrants to receive in-state tuition as long as their parents

terrifying scene. a man walked into a packed theater taking aim at everybody in sight. >> helmet, a gas mask, black armor. >> he had a big green can of gas and he threw it and it exploded. >> he waited for the bomb to explode before he made any move. that is when he began to shoot. >> got in my face, dead people around me. i was crying, and at one point i almost collapsed with a panic attack. >> at least 12 reported dead, close to 40 reported injured. this video captured the chaos outside the theater. >> we cannot get in. 3 or four ambulances brought in here. suspect had a gas mask.

after a brazen adduction attempt. a man turned himself in right midnight this morning. you can see from the security video that he walked behind a 10-year-old girl, picked her up, and tried to run away with her. the girl did what she should have done in the situation, kicked and screamed. still to come, did you get a good night's sleep last night? tossing and turning in bed could lead to time spent in a nursing home. >> take a look at the sky. warm air is coming in, and with cooler air, we get clouds and rain. ocean city, the sun is breaking through the clouds. the beach is getting crowded. the bridge over the bay is busy at noon hour.

that older woman who look up often during the night had higher odds of going to nursing centers. researchers say it warrants further study. researchers from the university of minnesota's school of medicine tracked more than 700 men for a decade after they were diagnosed with prostate cancer. 5.8% of the men who had surgery die from their prostate cancer a decade after diagnosis. -- it was 8.4% of those who elected not to treat the cancer. the orangutan known for her prowess on the ipad is now fighting cancer. >> now, beautiful.
