engaged in sexual activity with a boy. jennifer franciotti has the latest on the investigation. very disturbing story. >> this app called grindr is a same-sex dating app for men. is also a warning for the health department. steven podles is facing numerous charges this morning after allegedly having sex with a 13- year-old boy. police have charged him with sexual solicitation of a minor and second-degree sex offense along with other charges. police think there could be more victims. anyone who was contact with say grindr user name steve to contact the police. >> we want parents to make sure they are checking these

sexual contact between the man and the boy. >> it happened in an unknown location. police say they didn't use protection. police have charged him with sexual solicitation of a minor and other related charges. police think there could be more victims out there who met him on the grindr app. suspect identified himself as a guy who is 6 foot 4 inches and 200 pounds. 11 news has learned that he has been charged with transferring hiv. police say steven podles and his victim didn't use safe sex standards. the health department wants everybody to be aware. >> if they know somebody or they are someone who was been with this person, we can provide them with free hiv and other std servers is.
