block of south charles street. it found an adult male with trauma to his upper body. the victim later died at the hospital. so far, detectives have not been able to find any evidence to indicate that a shooting occurred at the scene could and autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death maryland state police are searching for a driver who they say hit a man on the ramp from i-7 to the inner loop of the beltway and kept going. -- i guess 70 to the inner loop of the beltway and get going. he was standing next to his disabled vehicle this morning. he was struck by a passing vehicle that did not stop at the scene. there is no information or a description of the striking vehicle. police are asking anyone who might have information to call them. police officers in the eastern district of baltimore city spent the day getting to know residents the protected just a little bit better. the end of day of hope as part of the community outreach partnership to make the part -- to make the neighborhood safer for everyone.

there. we had some thunderstorms a couple of hours ago through cs oconee. if you're watching us down there, it will stick around for another half an hour to 45 minutes in it could be up to and intervene in some areas. there could be some hail in there. that will cross the bay into the eastern shore counties and about half an hour or so. need your watching in parts of kent county, queen anne's county, that is normal cross ave and energy your neighborhood -- that storm will cross over and into your neighborhood. the only warning in effect for right now is down around d.c. end up in pennsylvania. it is a severe thunderstorm warning for the northern half of york county in pennsylvania.

this is a good thing we can look at to see pieces of energy in the atmosphere. we see this moving out of western pennsylvania. this is the catalyst for some thunderstorms as it moves into a warm and steamy air mass. here is the thunderstorms out of that piece of energy. but this line of thunderstorms that came to the pits for your area and is now moving into western maryland, that will probably hold together. it will take a couple of hours to get to baltimore. but those could be strong latent -- later on this evening. temperature-wide, pretty warm today, nothing unusual for this time of year. 91 degrees at the airport. the forecast for tonight, partly cloudy skies, a chance for a

shower or thunderstorm. if it has not affected your house just yet, it does not mean that it won't whorl in later. during the day tomorrow, i do think it will be a quiet day on sunday. most areas will be dry tomorrow. the high temperature will be between 84 degrees and 89 degrees. you contrive boating, northwest wind at 10-15 knots with waves around 1 foot. as we head into next week, the temperatures will stay mostly below 90 degrees could we have a little bit in the jet stream on the east coast. these impulses of energy come through from time to time on the jet stream. that means that temperatures will be pretty close to average and a chance for a hit and miss thunderstorms in the afternoon. it is a typical summer forecast for baltimore. the high temperatures in the upper-90's through the week.
