we're going to bottom out in the low-70's as we head into tomorrow morning but the humidity is going to go down. we will take a look at the forecast in just a few minutes. >> the recently passed connors lot requires all public and semi public pools to have to figure lakers and may have helped save the life of a boy just before 1:00. he was found at the bottom of the pool. paramedics arrived to find that a lifeguard at perform cpr and members had helped used the device to revive him. he was taken to johns hopkins. police are investigating a suspicious death in downtown baltimore. officers responded to a report of a possible shooting in the 300 block of south charles street. officers located with an adult male. he later died at the hospital. detectives have not found evidence that the shooting

occurred. an autopsy will be performed. police in howard county have charged a woman with driving under the influence after they say she had a marked police cruiser. yolanda was arrested early saturday. police say she drove her car across the median and into the back of an occupied police vehicle. the police officer, a six year veteran, is listed in stable condition. state police are searching for a driver who hit a man from interstate 72 the interloop and the beltway and kept going. police say he was standing on the shoulder of the highway next to his vehicle this morning. police say he was struck by a passing vehicle that did not stop. no information or description of the striking vehicle. anyone with information should call police. the u.s. coast guard has rescued

nine people from eight boat that sank this morning. the coast guard received a call that a boat was taking on water about 46 miles from ocean city. it sank half hour later. the coast guard said many of the people rescued were showing signs of medical distress and were taken to be checked out. still ahead, a man is arrested after police say he shot three people and took off with his daughter. where police finally tracked him down. in another victim of the colorado peter shooting is laid to rest. many are calling him a hero. >> covering breaking news where you live. wbal

>> a navy ship was ushered into service honoring those killed in a crash. it was named after the site where a aircraft went back on -- went down. family and friends were on hand for the ceremony. an amber alert for a missing girl ended saturday when she was found with her father hours after police say he shot and killed three people. the suspect was arguing with his estranged wife over the custody over their daughter when he shot and killed her along with her boyfriend and mother. kevin was tracked down in ohio where he surrendered to police. >> he put his hand up and was pointing at his daughter like she is in here, please do not shoot. he came out peacefully. no resistance at all. >> he is charged with three counts of homicide and is

awaiting extradition. his daughter was not harmed. another hero from the theater shooting was laid to rest. matt mcquinn was shot three times law shielding his girlfriend. hundreds attended services in ohio. 12 people were killed and dozens wounded. other victims' funerals were held earlier this week and more our next week. james holmes it will be charged on monday. tony is here. you were tracking severe weather. >> there is still some rain out there. we will let you know what to expect tomorrow in a few minutes. it is a dry in baltimore city. 83 at the inner harbor. ♪

keeping donors away. more than a dozen homes have been declared uninhabitable in the aftermath of a tornado in new york. it touched down thursday afternoon. it was part of a storm system that raced across the northeast. there were no injuries. more than 13,000 homes and businesses are without power tonight. >> now your forecast with tony pann. >> we have some severe weather at home. there are no watches or warnings right now but we had reports of large hail across maryland and a lot of lightning strikes reported. the only thing on hd doppler is this storm in howard county. that should be falling apart over the next couple of hours. you'll probably see that off to your west and i think it will

stay west. let's take another view. there is nothing upstream. we should be ok for the rest of tonight. there is one impulse in the atmosphere. you can see it on the water vapor. as soon as that goes by, things should settle down. what that really winds up for us is it will be a nice day tomorrow. on the surface, it developed low pressure but the front is good news for us as well. it is right on the edge of it, the less humid air mass. as we go through the night, you can already see that happening right now. the dew point at the airport is 70. 61 in frost bird. that is the mass that is going to come in tomorrow morning. tomorrow will be as warm as today but it will feel better because the humidity will be lower and the chance for rain

will be lower without the moisture. 75 at the airport. 83 downtown. we will probably drop into the 60 in the suburbs. the forecast for the rest of tonight, partly cloudy skies. a chance for a thunderstorm in the forecast. there are a couple of them out there. no severe weather for the rest of the night. temperatures between 66 and 75. the rest of the day, and mix of sun and clouds. highs between 84 and 89. and isolated thunderstorms possible. sunrise tomorrow at 6:00 a.m. on the bay, it is going to be a nice one. it should be a good day to take the boat out. it weighs about 1 foot. -- waves about 1 foot.

here is a look at the jet stream. it is a decent set up for us. it will be going down through the carolinas and we will see some mild air from the north. it is not necessarily cool air but temperatures will stay at or below average. there will be impulses through the jet stream from time to time as we go through the middle of the week. off and on chances for showers and navy thunderstorm monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday. only 30% each day. the high temperatures will stay in the upper-80's. >> now you have heard about michael phelps. do not confuse that with a shout out from the quite a club. see how his training partner did in london. we will show you next.
