temporarily removed here in catonsville has been vandalized twice within the past several months. anchoring a lot of folks who live around here who say the speed camera slows people down, ultimately saving the lives of pedestrians. >> there are a lot of children that walk the streets to go to school. i get first hand of -- experience in seeing a lot of near misses. >> it was a battle to get the speed camera installed. after a number of close calls and horrible accidents. just ask her across the state -- street neighbor. >> some time over the weekend, someone vandalized the camera which sits in between to school
