both of them felonies. he is accused of illegally recording judge at jones gor dan. he sits on the east side district court. the incident happened there april 21. they got into an argument about the warrant. the sergeant allegedly recorded him using a cell phone. she learned about it on a complaint that sparked the investigation. that started back in may. it is illegal to record audio of someone without that person's consent. linda trip put this on the map when she was accused of secretly recording monica lewisky. he will be suspended without pay according to a police department spokesperson. >> of thailand night in baltimore city leads to people dead and three wounded, and that's out word detectives have no leads in either case. the latest was just before 3:00

this morning along proper road street. police tell 11 news when they arrived they found a 21-year-old man shot multiple times. a few hours earlier, less than 2 miles away, police responded to a troubleshooting near the west side shopping center on frederick avenue. a man was shot and killed. another person found lying by a nearby bus stop. no arrests have been made in either case. ick-fil- ahead, chkick a restaurant have been packed all across the country. >> ehrlich rescue team called out for boats in distress. members of the national guard jumping from helicopters. we will tell you what we saw live at. >> a few strong thunderstorms

little east. high temperatures yesterday. that eases as we head towards thursday, friday. the good news is, this frontal boundary kicking of the storms will get passed as. things will quiet down a little bit as far as storms go. the humidity levels may even come down a little bit. while the temperatures start to go up tomorrow, it should not be bad as far as the mugging discos. -- mugginess goes. winds flight out of the west and southwest of 5-10 miles per hour. averaging of such periods of announce tomorrow, we will see some sunshine. very nice 81 degrees with low humidity. isolated storms for friday in the weekend. eastern shore locations will get hot again.

>> thunderstorms are rumbling to the west of us, edging closer to baltimore, but mostly across the far western areas. started to get closer to tawny town. these are lightning strikes associated with these storms this evening. they are drifting to the south and east. the storm in northern frederick county, national weather service has their eyes on it. right now the worst form is in the west virginia panhandle and south of hagerstown. the potential for some of the amount storms to drift further to the east. so far today, only a trace of precipitation. we start the new month with already a little bit of a deficit. if you average it out, you would pick up one-tenth of an inch every day. for the year officially over the 8 inch below normal mark. at the airport today, high temperature on the first of august, 88 degrees.

hot day. they water temperatures ranging through the low 80s. as we mentioned in the last half hour, a new tropical developments. as we get into august, and a august early september is the peak of the hurricane season. the showers and storms have become a tropical depression. winds are now 35 miles per hour. if they get up to 40, it will get a name. the next one is the fifth name of the season, or ernesto. ernesto. the computer models think this could become a category 1 hurricane over the course of the next three-five days. certainly something we will have to watch in the tropics. 92 around baltimore tomorrow. 93 on saturday and sunday with a 20% chance of storms. the rain chances of sunday into monday. high temperature in the 80s early next week.
