this day and age, he should be facing felony charges. to go on friday police went to his home. they seized 25 semi-automatics rifles and thousands of rounds of ammunition. they took into custody and transported him to hospital for a psychiatric evaluation. two days earlier police say the call the supervisor in prince george's county, saying i am a joker. the day before he was taken into custody. police talked to him and noticed he was wearing a t-shirt with the words "guns do not kill people, i do. : we have no choice. take of the state's attorney says there was not enough evidence to even charge him
