dozen weapons in the home of neal presscott. he is charged only with misdemeanor telephone misuse. he has been receiving an emergency psychiatric evaluations into a stick into custody. there is a new development in maryland cost gun permit law. the state can continue enforcing the law that requires residents to show a good and substantial reason to carry a handgun. the u.s. fourth circuit court of appeals granted a stay. this new ruling comes after a federal judge decided to lift the stay on his finding that the state's law was unconstitutional. the federal appeals court has also extradited the case for review. arguments are tentatively scheduled for october. >> a baltimore city police officer has been indicted under the wiretap law. carlos villa is accused of
