robyn gardner went missing while vacationing in aruba. >> the only suspect remains a free man. >> robyn gardner's family and friends held a vigil last night to remember her. she grew up in carroll county. she agreed to take a trip to aruba with gary giordano. authorities searched for her but they called off the search just after a week after she went missing. word got out that he took out an insurance policy before the trip. he remains a suspect in the case. her family does remain hopeful. >> i think the fbi and the rubin authorities are working to investigate the case. >> will will take for you and your family for full closure? >> we need to know some answers.

prosecutors say he legally owned the weapons and there is not enough evidence to file assault charges. he has been receiving emergency psychiatric evaluation. >> a sergeant is accused of illegally recording a judge who sits on the east side district court. he is charged with playing the recordings for his colleagues. let's check traffic. we are tracking this accident in the city at maria road and st. thomas avenue. light street is closed between baltimore and lombard. watch for closures on monument avenue in the city because of a sinkhole of repair. here's a quick live look at traffic. this is near belair road on the beltway. the northeast corner of the beltway checks out fine with light bottom. problem free on 95 coming down from white marsh and down into howard county. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> the search for answers continues in the disappearance of robyn gardner. >> she went missing one year ago today while on vacation. jennifer franciotti joins us with the latest on the case. >> friends and family gathered

in downtown frederick last night to remember a woman that they hope is still alive. a picture montage of robyn gardner as your loved ones listen to an acoustic performance. >> i have hope that maybe she will come home one day. it has been extremely difficult. >> it is been a year since anyone has seen robyn gardner. loved ones gathered for a candlelight vigil in frederick. they remembered her through song and personal palms and letter appeared there were words of encouragement. >> hold onto hope. >> she disappeared last august with gary giordano. he told authorities that she was swept away by current while they were snorkeling. he was arrested by police while trying to flee for aruba. he was later released.

millions of dollars. the parents filed the lawsuit clement the boy's lost oxygen during labor and hospital workers should have performed a c-section. hospital workers say they are disappointed in the decision. >> an investigation where employee's take-home vehicles and they often leave the state. certain agencies have no rules for the vehicles. more than 30 take-home vehicles are used to travel to pennsylvania. >> if you look at the small percentage of vehicles that you highlighted, the average of distance is about 7 miles. >> in addition to the vehicle, top officials get a driver.

the i-team has learned the contractors association filed a $30 million lawsuit against baltimore city. it alleges the mayor had more than 40 contracts totaling $250 million. the one someone to monitor the awards. the mayor said the lawsuit has no merits. you can watch the full report on wbal-tv dot.com. >> an explanation in supporting a sixth casino by the mayor. she says there's no likely scenario where the general assembly would authorize table games in baltimore without adding a sixth casino in prince george's county. there will be a casino in baltimore casino operated by caesars.
