>> good morning. we're not completely problem free. the accidents we are tracking are not affecting major roadways. there is an accident at moravia road and st. thomas st.. light street is closed between baltimore and lombard. that monument because of the sinkhole repair. there's a water main repair at madison street. 11 minutes on the outer loop northeast side. 10 minutes to go south on 95 down towards 32. we're problem free at the moment going to and from 95. this is where 95 meets 395. you can see m&t bank stadium and an easy start on 395 in towards conway street. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> it was one year ago today

robyn gardner disappeared while vacationing in aruba. >> the only suspect in the case remains a free man. jennifer franciotti has more. >> robyn gardner's family and friends held a vigil last night to remember her. she grew up in carroll county. she was living in frederick when she agreed to take a trip to aruba with gary giordano. authorities searched for her but they called off the search just after a week after she went missing. word got out that giordano took out an insurance policy before the trip. he remains a suspect in the case. her family would not comment on ,he sparticulars of the case but her family does remain hopeful. her body has never been found.

>> the man who called themselves a joker will not face any felony charges. police found about two dozen weapons at neil prescott's apartment. there's not enough evidence to file felony assault charges. he has been receiving emergency psychiatric evaluation since he was taken into custody. >> crews are trying to determine what caused another water main break, this time in northeast baltimore. it happened just before 11:00 near city college high school. crews didn't know the size and scope of the break. there was a water main break in the same spot three years ago. it burst and affected eight homes in the area.

>> good morning. it is a little hazy outside. we're starting out with this dry weather. i'm glad that clipper bill, the set of our olympic selling coverage in the evening. i am continuing my own olympic adventure as i learned one of the toughest team sports, water polo. to play water polo, you have to wear a special cap to protect your ears from injury. i didn't realize this is such a context board.

-- contact sport. >> you'll be okay. >> they promised to go easy on me. one team tries to make a goal while the other plays defense. >> there will be a pass and sean will be filed by yvonne. -- fouled by yvonne. >> i was learning how to play in the shallow end. >> you are treading the entire game and it almost becomes like walking. >> they will be sprinting up to two miles. >> then you have to factor in all the defense. >> there is full contact. >> i think it is the hardest sport. swimming and wrestling with people. these aren't small guys. this is a tough game. >> i did not have to partake in any of the wrestling. all i had to do was throw the ball.

another accident to add to the list in towson along york road. police are arriving on the scene. moravia road in the city, an accident. watch for the water main break at madison street. with closuresre near patterson park on monument street. a left lane taken up by some debris on a 50 at the bay bridge. here's a quick live look at traffic. this is bel air road. picking up in volume towards 95. running smoothly on the north side. looking good from 795 all the way down. 95, 395 into town and we're problem free as you make your way in towards conawaway.

friends and family gathered in downtown frederick last night to remember a woman that they hope is still alive. a picture montage of robyn gardner played as her loved ones listened to an acoustic performance. >> i have hope that maybe she will come home one day. it has been extremely difficult. >> it is been a year since anyone has seen robyn gardner. on this one year anniversary of her disappearance, loved ones gathered for a candlelight vigil in frederick. they remembered her through song and personal poems and letters. there were words of encouragement. >> hold onto hope. >> she disappeared last august while on vacation with gary giordano. he told authorities that she was swept away by the current while they were snorkeling. he was arrested by police while trying to flee aruba. he was later released.

here their talk about her disappearance --he later talked about her disappearance. >> i had nothing to do with anything to harm her, or anybody in my life. >> you are being widely portrayed and regarded as somebody who literally got away with murder. >> i am aware of that. >> her family would not comment on the specifics of the case but they do remain hopeful. >> i think the fbi and the aruban authorities are working diligently to investigate the case. >> what will it take for you and your family for full closure? >> we need to know some answers. that is the problem. we don't know any answers and that is difficult. >> if anyone knows where she is, don't be shy about it. >> this is the one-year anniversary of her disappearance. authorities presume that robyn gardner is dead but they have never found her body, and gary giordano remains a free man. >> a maryland jury awards a family $21 million following a lawsuit. the couple's son was born

slightly confusing. it is a complicated sport. i met with players and coaches at johns hopkins university. this is what they taught me so far. the team with the most goals win. you can throw the ball to different teammates with one hand. it is similar to hockey and soccer but you have to tread water at the entire time. there is a contact defense. the sport involves many whistles and the time is constantly stopping. that is why people watching can be confused. as you start to watch, you can see the beauty of the sport. sometimes these men and women swim up to two miles in the water as they try to get the

produced $1.8 billion in sales, resulting in $556 million to the general fund to support education, public safety, health and environmental programs -- an $80 million increase over last year. since its inception in 1973, the maryland lottery has contributed more than $12 billion in revenue to the state. lottery revenue is the impetus for expanding casino gambling in maryland, which has garnered almost $200 million and added $95 million to state coffers, double last year's contribution. while a casino site in baltimore city has been approved, a sixth casino site at national harbor in prince george's county has been at the heart of contentious debate and will be the center of the discussion at next week's special session. the issue of table games for both sites, which will require changes to maryland gaming laws are also on the table. some legislators see millions more in revenue to offset tax increases. others see political turf to fight for as well as the money. it's likely that, in the end, voters will decide in november. in addition to deciding to who gets elected, citizens will
