for moviegoers at a theater in annapolis after a man ran in and out of the showing cursing and pretending he had a gun. kyle tanner is in police custody and charged with misconduct. he entered the center while the show was playing and sat down in a row at 4:00 p.m. yesterday and that is when he started cursing and darting in and out of the theater. >> there is heightened awareness in light of these recent incidents and will take this extremely seriously. we will conduct periodic checks at that theater. >> police said they are taking that into that very seriously. -- incidents very seriously. >> we have late breaking details regarding the trial of john leopold. we have learned from the anne arundel state office that the

rex a former baltimore brevin is accused of child abandonment. the running back is charged with not paying child support. he reportedly has not had any contact with his son for more than a year. he also played for the cleveland browns and was in the league for nine years and in 2003 he ran for 2,066 yards, the second- highest total in nfl history. >> it appears people are not smoking cigarettes as much as they used to but they're still getting the tobacco in other ways. the cdc fiennes sharp increases in the use of pipe tobacco and small cigars used for rolling your own cigarettes dropped by nearly 30%. despite that, the total

the shower drop the temperature down to 80. in downtown baltimore that will bounce back here in the next couple of hours. still in eastern cambridge. it is getting more out west. -- warm out west. the storm is possible until a few hours after sunset and mostly clear. sun set at 8:17 p.m. and the heat in the middle of the country moves toward us. expect a hot one tomorrow. this is where we will be tomorrow afternoon as temperatures climb and the humidity levels increase on the south wind. an isolated storm cannot be ruled out but is less than 20% chance in many areas. a quiet day on the bay. south wind at five to 10 knots and waves around 1 foot.
