covered her glasses. traveling as far north as southern pennsylvania, as far west as outside of washington, d.c. and this is where authorities captured surveillance footage of the suspect. they had stopped for food, bathroom breaks, and they took naps. the police are not sure whether the suspect knew he had adopted the mother of a small royalty. a mystery still shrouds why it happened at all. home. someone lured him outside claiming they had damaged his car. moments later, gunfire. he died near this tree in the front yard of his house. the murder on october 3rd, 2011, still under investigation. they confirmed on has been arrested or charged in the case. they have learned possible suspect may have talked about the crime in numerous telephone conversations recorded from a baltimore city jail. the city judge at central booking denied bail for this man. along with this 21-year-old from baltimore are charged with a witness intimidation and obstruction of justice. according to court charging documents, darius, who was incarcerated, called them seeking their help in saying he did not testify against him in pending firearm and drug cases. he was working as an unlicensed

cabdriver the time of arrest. it alleges in april 2011 that he was to offer bread and canned the chemistry terms for money and drugs in exchange for refusing to testify or altering account of what happened. he did not accept the bride. the recorded jail calls continued in the charging document alleged the plot included discussion on where to get a firearm. in the final call, he claimed he had been taken care of. >> he would not comment on the witness intimidation case but did say the baltimore state counties office continue to investigate the october 3, 2011 murder saying the investigation have led to the joint and cooperative investigation between law-enforcement. he also said they continue to

in the beginning of a worry a little nervous because he was actually in seventh place. there was a lot of excitement when he took home the gold. for this victory is a little bittersweet because this was his last individual race. it turned from disappointment to deafening cheers very quickly and as the hometown hero went from seventh to first to win the gold in the 100-meter butterfly. >> i did not think he is going to win. then i knew he was going to win. he just went ahead and he wanted. >> he and the holding rapped out. it was over. >> i always knew you'd want to win. i knew it. >> a lot of proud of phases here at the meadow brook aquatics center seeing him when a record 17th gold medal.
