>> we left around around midnight. everything was okay. you know? the polices with on fire. >> no injuries were reported. the cause is still under investigation. meantime, baltimore city police are investigating early-morning homicide in west baltimore. it happened around 1:30 in the 3,000 block. the police say male victim was found lying on the ground suffering multiple gunshot woun these and the body. he was taken to cyanide hospital where we later die. anticipate one with information is asked to call the city police. >> an11 day update now. baltimore city police are investigating the july stabbing as homicide. police say 27-year-old ezra bunch was talking to three suspects in the 5100 block ofrisertown road. investigators say one of the suspect stabbed bunch in the chest. that is when he took off into the road and collapsed as was hit by a car. police say bunch died on wednesday at the hospital effectively turning the

case over to homicide detectives. >> meantime, it was all about girl power today in northeast baltimore as more than two dozen women broke ground on a housing project. the all-women volunteer team paired with habitat for humanity to build a home for a single mother of three. it is part of a nationwide program to help women fight poverty. official say, the program not only helps families in need but gives volunteer as chance to showcase their skills as well. >> traditionally, folks think that women cannot work on construction site and we hoo r here to say, absolutely, we have a lot of skills. we have a lot to give. we are women working together to support women. >> people who own these homes will spend more than 300 hours building and pay no interest mortgage spread out over 30 years. >> well, still ahead on 11 news at 6:00: >> make a wish fulfilling olympic dreams. i am brian in london wi

the olympic spirit can lift to peak performance. for some kids its this ha they needed to get through the darkest moments. 11 news reporter showed us how make a wish made it happen in london. >> this is the largest ever by make a wish foundation hosting 53 kids from 19 state and several countries around the world. abby is on an olympic journey of a lifetime with her mom. >> it has been a lot of fun. a totally new experience, new culture. take in the historic sites of london. >> beautiful. pretty. >> amazing. >> after a night of olympic beach volleyball. >> it looks like theyed so much fun. he wanted to able to hit the ball like they do.

>> abby has been looking for ward to trying out after missing a year while she battled through non-hodgkins lymphoma and chemotherapy. >> i would peel so sick that i just wanted to lay in bed. >> meanwhile, mom, sally, a was fighting breast cancer. i always said, i can do it. as long as my kids are healthy. hen she got diagnosed, it was very difficult. >> during the darkest time, make a wish granted abby and her mom a trip to the olympic and tickets to the see passion -- volleyball. knowing if i had to go through all of this i would get have this amazing trip at the end. it made it a little bit easier. timing-wise, it really helped get her through the worst part of the treatment. they beat cancer together. although, they have checkups they can get back to making memories. >> incredible. incredible feeling. just to see her smile, the big smile on her face. >> she makes me very proud. >> they are coming in

week. there is second tropical storm about it is which out in the atlantic. here is ernesto here. this is plorrence on the edge of the screen. most take this one to the north. so perhaps florence is the storm at the east coast has to watch for next week. so ernesto is going go though gulf of mexico and florence may end up beg a tropical storm or hun cane threatening the east coast of the united states to the end of next week. we are talking about all of this stuff now, ten days away. nothing imminent that is going to be affecting the beaches. here at moment this evening, we did have some thunderstorms pop-up this afternoon. pretty heavy rain baltimore county. most of that traveled up to pennsylvania. there is nothing going on at the vense time. if you are out in the next few hours. probably take umbrella with you in case. it is unlikely you well see any thunderstorm activity. 90 at the airport. 87 in randallstown. the dewpoint the low 7os so it feels tropical out there now as the high pressure off the coast pumps in hot and humid air up to the mid-atlantic region. now things are go b to change over the next 24 hour. watching the cold front

coming across the upper midwest. this is going to slide through baltimore probably 4:00 probably tomorrow night or monday morning. out ahead of it, we'll see strong line of storms develop to the tail en of the weekend and the storm prediction center thinks there is at least a chance we could see some severe weather here in baltimore late in the afternoon tomorrow or tomorrow evening. and that include the possibility of some large hail, heavy rain, and maybe wind gust over 60 miles per hour. we'll watch to see how that whole situation develops for tomorrow. it will likely be dry in the morning if you have outdoor plans on saturday. we are talking about the afternoon and the evening hours. the forecast looks like this. tonight, a 3% chance for a thunderstorm this evening. then partly cloudy skies, muggy and dry for the least to think it. sun steth evening at 8:15. temperatures dip back to the 7os. during the day tomorrow. we'll meak in to the low 9os. will feel warmer because of the humidity then showers and thunderstorms and some of those could be kind of strong. if you gring to try boating tomorrow. i suggest in the morning as opposed to the afternoon. wave heights 1 to 2 feet
