dear dear fitzpatrick is in london with reaction. >> i could not be more happy, but those words from michael phelps as he goes out with another gold medal. he and his teammates won a gold in the four by 100 medley. he says that is the perfect way to go out. >> i have been fortunate to look back at my career and say i have accomplished every goal i have wanted to. i think at that point, it is just time to move on. there are other things i want to do in my life. i am not sure staring at a black line for four hours a day is one of those. there are a lot of things i want to do for myself to be able to relax.

even though i am retiring, there are still things that i want to do a wrap the sport, i teach kids to learn how to swim and live active and healthy life styles is important to me. i am going to have fun. i do not know. i am out of it still. >> he says tonight -- the reality will start setting in in the next couple of weeks. he says he looks forward to traveling and playing golf. normal retirement stuff. >> now that we heard from the baltimore swimmer himself, and now we hear from the fans at home. taking in a final swim with the hometown crowd. >> of that hometown crowd wants another go around for phelps but

>> it was all about girl power today as two dozen women broke ground on a housing project. they paired with habitat for humanity to build a home for a mother of three. it is part of a program to help women fight poverty. it will spend 300 hours building and pay no interest mortgage over 30 years. the ravens had their first training camp practice this saturday. but the ravens are featured in a new game from a lottery officials. the $5 tickets provide fans with opportunities to win cash and ravens extras like tickets and a chance to travel with the team. >> we are really excited about it. the tickets have sold out so we expected to do well. we will probably make about $2

>> now your insta-weather plus forecast with tony pann. >> we have to bank tropical storms out there. this is the first one. it is passing south of san juan and the dominican republic right now. it is going to travel across the yucatan peninsula and into the gulf of mexico. this is the current forecast. maximum winds of 60 miles an hour. it should cross the yucatan on wednesday and go back into the

gulf of mexico wednesday or thursday as a hurricane. that is something we have to watch. the second storm is florence. this one is way out there and just off the african coast. most of the models take this one further north. florence might be something that the east coast has to watch. we are talking 10, 12 days away. but it will be approaching the east coast of the united states. it is a tropical storm right now. they will probably both become hurricanes over the next 48 hours. nothing going on here at tom. we are watching all line of storms out of ohio. this one produced gusts over 80 miles an hour. i think it is going to fall apart by the time it gets toward us. some of those showers may hold together. but we will probably start out

with quiet conditions. 81 at the airport. 77 degrees. we are also watching a cold front out of the midwest. this will take care of the heat. on the other side of the front, the 50's and 60's. when they bump together, often you get severe weather. that could be the case for tomorrow. it will be late in the afternoon. at the morning, some left over rain showers. there is the possibility of some heavy rain and may be damaging winds and a slight chance for tornado. we will see how it develops. partly cloudy skies and muggy conditions. temperatures will drop back into the mid 70's. during the day tomorrow, a mixture of clouds and sunshine. some of those could be strong or severe.
