police. more than 20 catholic followers made a baltimore to protest a recent health care mandate. they made the pilgrimage from western maryland after praying about a government ruling that would require all employers to provide contraceptives to their employers. >> we love our country and we love our land and government. we love our president and governor and we decided to do prayer and what this way because jesus walked all over israel. >> they finish their journey by celebrating mass. >> family and friends of the men killed say they are still waiting for answers. the shooting was the fifth recent deadly shooting in the

southwestern part of the city. they gathered for a vigil on sunday night to remember him. >> it is crazy that somebody would believkill him. >> some staffing changes have been made and added a new police major. a deadly shooting at a temple in wisconsin is being investigated as a case of domestic terrorism. a gunman killed six people. hallie jackson joins us with the latest. i understand we're expecting an update on information relatively soon. >> that is coming in about 3 1/2

hours. the president is promising whatever support he can give. the fbi is involved. are also helping with the investigation. the president said the american people have the people of oak creek in their thoughts and prayers. mitt romney calls the shooting a tragedy. >> any reason why this is being investigated as domestic terrorism? >> there are some tattoos on the shadow that were drawing that link. for something to be considered domestic terrorism, it has to be some kind of political message or implication. we could see that as possible as the next update.

it looks like it will travel across the southern part of the gulf of mexico and perhaps miss the southern part of the united states. the southern plains suffering from a severe drought. they're hoping that some of that moisture will turn into the southern plains. it looks like it will miss the southern part of the united states. the other was downgraded into a tropical depression. florence will move closer to the east coast of the united states. we have to watch that in baltimore next week. it should rejuvenate back into a tropical storm. we have some light rain to contend with this morning. you may want to take an umbrella with you. the clouds are pretty thick. mid to upper 70's and it
