suspect. the man was tayvon williams. he was in court for violation of probation for drug possession. he had an outstanding warrant for failure to approve -- appear on a traffic charge. >> the officer learned the suspect was wanted for warrant. he was placed in handcuffs. the suspect was able to escape. >> williams told that of the survey yet to use the restroom and fled once the officers removed the handcuffs. a foot chase and balding police, security officers fly and sheriff's deputies ended in the parking lot. >> he backed up and tried to run the answer over. the officer fired three rounds, striking the suspect in the right arm. >> the officer thought his own wife was in danger. >> i hope i -- i heard the gunshots and i looked out. i was like, i do not know.
