not complete. before the sale is finalized, the u.s. bankruptcy court in delaware must approve. that hearing is scheduled one week from today. >> baltimore city police are investigating a shooting were the victim was found near social services building. police were called to the building along the 1200 block of west pratt street. that is where the victim went for help after he was shot. paramedics transported him to a hospital and his injuries are said to be non-life-threatening. no word on an arrest or motive. and annapolis man is facing charges in a murder for hire case. he solicited to find a killer to kill his wife. he was arrested after he delivered a gun and other valuables as a partial payment. baltimore county police are trying to figure out what caused the car to collide with a train this afternoon. we were over the scene crossing
