documents, holland had been threatening to shoot police and himself, claiming that he had a gun. that is when an officer shot and killed holland. and a maryland child support enforcement officer receives a threat referencing the colorado shooting. he called the office threatening to kill the employees and himself in what he called a bad man-style shooting. he was arrested. they found no weapons. they found evidence on inquiries on how to attain an assault rifle. >> the sworn deposition from three police officers who say john leopold personally ordered the firing of a county employee who complained that his behavior. new allegations coming out about

leopold. barry joins us from the newsroom. >> in those depositions, the officers about to tell the truth. they say the poll this -- the officers vow to tell the truth. they say leopold was vindictive. >> i have never heard of a county executive intentionally regain an employee screening board to make sure it produced air assault against someone he no longer held in high regard. it is outrageous. >> he says the accusationseed to be examined carefully. they were made during a deposition with officers in a retaliation lawsuit. >> the best words to describe it are vindicated and emotional.

i cannot express my gratitude to the officers that came forward to testify. >> in the deposition, we learned that police have a nickname, crazy uncle jack, for leopold. the county executive seemed to like carla and hired her as his special information officer. "one thing he really liked about her was the size of her breasts. he spoke about that." after she complained about sexual harassment, leopold wanted her transfer to the police department and then let go. edward bergen claimed that he spoke with james tear after the chief had a conversation with leopold. leopold "wants me to take karla over here and she is not to be a county employee." and jonathan harsh sun and the human resources director knew what was going on.

in northern frederick county. this one has the potential to produce some damaging wind and hail and heavy rain. pushing out of hagerstown. a lot of lightning strikes, but it has really diminished in the last hour or so. there is still potential for nasty weather as the storm front moves on. and a caution to be on the lookout in carroll county. the warning was just taken down, in fact, in the past minute or so. there was a warning for parts of frederick county. now we are left with this vendor storm of rolling through. -- this thunderstorms rolling through. the eastern shore picking up
