john leopold already awaits trial on charges that he misused his security detail for personal, political, and sexual gain. the depositions given by police officers on the detail described it as much more than that. the corporal said that unit is a unit that is kind of secretive and it was an intelligence unit. there are a lot of things that you did, you just did not do it on paper. but it be fair to say that if you believe this to be something that could cause public concern or anytime a public concern, you use your discretion whether to put into writing or not. one officer said that the plaintiff was one to be transferred to another department but not given a job because she filed a lawsuit against leopold.

killed holland. police are investigating a deadly double shooting of the city's east side. this happened before 4:00 friday morning on east chase street. that is where they found one person shot outside of a home. a 41-year-old man died from his injuries. the suspects are still at large. eglin burning man is accused of threatening a batman style shooting against a support office in annapolis. the 37-year-old was referenced in last month's mass shooting at a colorado movie theater. according to police, he threatened to bring an ak-47 assault rifle to the office and kill employees and himself. a search of his home uncovered no weapons but they found evidence that he was trying to get an assault rifle. is not clear yet what connection he had with the office of child support. >> police a a 3-year-old

accidently shot himself with a gun that he reportedly found in a parking lot. it happened after 11:00 this morning. the little boy was playing with his 7-year-old sister when the two found a hand gun and started playing with it. at some point, the gun discharged striking the boy in the chest. the investigation is ongoing. maryland state police along with the centerville police department have arrested a man on 184 counts of child pornography today. investigators searched the phone and they found images of young girls all under the age of 16 and depicted in sexual acts. toney alan schloss faces charges and drug position. they were tipped off by someone who saw him taking pictures of children. >> a motion filed by a private
