these are all from your pantry. you want to stir this, katie. this is grated garlic. i'm a huge fan of grating garlic on a micro plane before the sauce. this is a tablespoon of the rub so it allows the flavors to play well with one another. we'll let this reduce, thicken up. then we'll throw our ribs on an indoor cast iron grill. this looking great, a nice char. we're going to slather these ribs with this homemade barbecue sauce. a lot of people are in the camp of either using a rub or a sauce. >> you like to do both. >> i like to do both. >> more is more. >> more is more. these are going to char beautifully, obtaining smoky flavors. >> if you had a wagner power painter. >> there's something therapeutic about brushing it on. >> head to the back. you have sides here.
