accused of killing phylicia barnes has been postponed. more time was needed to sort through the evidence. prosecutors say michael johnson killed phylicia barnes and used a large tub to move the body. a new trial is set for next january. the maryland senate and house will get back to work. they discussed possible amendments to an expanded gambling bill. a bill already approved by the senate said the casino could open 30 months after a casino opens in baltimore in 2014. the delegation question the provision that prohibits casino operators from contributing political campaigns. >> questions still being researched. if you have a company that owns
