crashed into a condominium. it was carrying about 9,000 gallons of propane the trucker lost control of his rig while it was going downhill when the brakes went out. tonight, water has been restored to 100 residents in southwest baltimore after losing service due to a water main break. it happened near frederick and eastwood avenues. it also caused a scene call at that intersection. one lane is open in each direction. repaving work should begin tomorrow. >> lots of rain and storms isi. lowell melser has more. >> last night storms, while strong, were actually spotty. to give you an example, about six areas in the channel 11 viewing area saw hail last night, one of them here in cardville. it is probably one of the worst hit areas.
