much better bet. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. back to you. >> all northbound lanes on 95 foreclosed past 395 after a tractor-trailer accident. >> just before 11:00 p.m., firefighters closed at 95 north of 39548 tractor-trailer fire. >> it appears that the tractor- trailer was carrying a load of lumber. it struck the barrier that separates 95 and 395 and erupted into flames. >> driver was found dead in the cabin after crews put out the fire. no word as to when those lanes

evaluation. he allegedly killed his house in his heart and part of his brain. in an interview, they recently got a report stating alexander nyua should be found incompetent to stand trial because he is not capable of assisting his attorneys during trial. that does not mean he will never face a trial. doctors are currently reassessing his competency. >> given the right treatment to eventually -- the termination is he can go forward and we cannot afford. and then the issue of whether they were criminally responsible has to be addressed and that is a separate issue. >> alexander kinyua is also

facing attempted murder charges against another man. the future of the client's case will be impacted by this ruling. kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> deputy state fire marshals say the person who started a fire in edgewood might also be to blame for an earlier blaze at that same restaurant. someone started a fire in the men's room that spread to the roof. officials believe a small fire on the fourth of july might have by the same person. anyone with information is asked to call the bel air fire marshal's office. help to be on the way for some maryland residents affected by recent storms.

rain if you go to the ravens game tonight. >> police in michigan believe a man may have murdered his family before being killed in a wrong way car crash. the man was killed early thursday morning in an accident about 30 miles outside of the jury. police found his wife and their young sons stabbed to death. they are investigating the case as a homicide. a crane toppled onto the back of the house and cost a lot of damage. responders rushed to the scene after the collapse. it is not clear if anybody was injured. >> medicare is becoming a hot topic on the campaign trail.
