brought in a team to check the track. the roads will be closed a little bit longer. officials were hoping to open the roads this weekend but that is not the case because there is so much work to be done. it is day three of the cleanup effort in the tragic ellicott city train derailment. there is still a lot of work that needs to be done. >> dozens of dump trucks are coming in to get all the: of town. that is where we need to keep the streets closed. they got a lot of fixing up of the infrastructure to do as well. >> for thursday morning, cruise's moved out the last of the overturned train cars. they packed up and hauled away many of the heavy equipment used to remove the damaged cars.

howard county officials allowed a lead and is to get close to environmental crews as they worked to remove the coal that spilled from a real car. ntsb was busy investing -- investigating the cause by reconstructing the accident. a busy day that continued to get busier. at nine dozen feet long and weighing 5,000 tons, this mile- long train was brought in to test the integrity of the infrastructure of the rail. county officials and crews watched as it made its way through historic ellicott city. >> it will remove the called out of the lower lot where the train cars filled that busted the retaining wall. and another train through to make sure the retaining wall of sound. our folks will be watching with them to make sure we're comfortable.

showing signs of getting more disorganized and isaac is a big storm everyone has been watching. it is coming into the caribbean. as the hurricane center and the air force flies in, they're not finding a well-organized center. you see this cluster of showers and storms but the center is on the northern edge of all this activity. it is not underneath all that storm activity. it is disorganized and the winds are minimal. you have to get to 40 miles an hour just to get a name and it has not shown signs of strengthening. these areas indicate it is continuing to be a tropical storm as it makes its way into cuba and tracks north of cuba between florida and cuba. it may get to be a hurricane. it may be more of a threat to the gulf coast as we get into the early part of next week. a lot of questions to be answered. a 30% chance of showers saturday and sunday. partly cloudy skies and monday and thunderstorms tuesday. >> heading to the gop

two people were trying to help the driver when they crashed and were electrocuted. this happened in los angeles. the driver crashed into a fire hydrant and a light pole. a neighbor and woman in another vehicle who saw the crash rush

to the scene to help. firefighters say both women were hit with a fatal electroshock when exposed wires came into contact with the water from the fire hydrant. six others to try to help for injured and were taken to the hospital. the letter reveals the aftermath of a train versus field truck collision. it happened 1:30 a.m. when a fuel tanker was struck by a freight train while crossing on state highway 80. 1,000 gallons of fuel went up. the tanker's driver was attempting to cross the tracks of bayside road not designed for heavy vehicles andgot stuck. the driver jumped out. no other injuries were reported. >> this -- wait till you see what people are saying abroad. the price is at a record high. a leader costs two gyros.

a couple of storms did pop up and a chance that an isolated storms will develop. eastern shore, a nice day tomorrow. the rain chances sneak in on saturday. at the coast that is what we are expecting. decent weather in ocean city. isaac is moving into the caribbean and tracking to the west. it looks impressive on the satellite in madrid but there force reconnaissance planes going in have not found a well organized storm. it is expected to move south of puerto rico. a tropical storm as it makes of its way up to guantanamo. you can see the current track is west of tampa up toward the central gulf coast region 5 days down the road but it has not strengthened yet. a minimal tropical storm with 40 mile an hour winds. expected to become a category one hurricane four or five days from now. still a lot to track as far as
