farther away from that stalled out front. a 20% chance for isolated storms friday through sunday. some decent weather over the weekend. the rain chances go up to 30% on saturday on the eastern shore and if you're headed for ocean city, the rain chance is headed for 40%. depending on that system develops on the staed out front. there is a moderate risk of recurrence in ocean city. be careful if you are going into the water. the impact of this development is being felt on the east coast. the main concern is not joyce in the atlantic. that is heading up to the central atlantic. isaac is moving out over the waters of the caribbean. it could get stronger and may move in our direction. the track takes it south of hispaniola as tropical storm. 48 hours or so it is moving into guantanamo bay area in southern cuba and it turns of toward the gulf of mexico. the shift in the trend is to move the trek farther west into
