>> natural resources police arrested 120 people for operating a watercraft while intoxicated. 2% of the 186 reported boating accidents involve alcohol abuse. 24 people died in boating accidents last year. 25% of those cases, alcohol was a factor. >> a shooting near the empire state building and with two people dead and nine injured. a lone gunman identified as jeffrey johnson confronted a former co-worker. police continued to gather evidence, but it appears an apparent grudge led to the shooting. >> as the two officers approached johnson he told -- he pulled his semiautomatic pistol and fired on the officers. they returned fire, killing him.
