closed because of some debris in the road. route 25 is closed at ridge road. we will check on the major roadways. the harrisburg expressway looks very light. this is a 395. traffic is moving in just fine. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> city police all looking for information into a double shooting in east baltimore. it happens near east pratt street. a portion of the road was blocked off. there was shattered glass on the side of the road. more information as it becomes available. police all looking for information into a separate double shooting.

police say two people were shot. one of the victims were shot in the leg. both victims are in the hospital. a baltimore county mother is dead following a weekend shooting. >> police are calling her death senseless. kim dacey is doing double duty with the latest on that investigation. >> 22 year-old larelle amos was engaged to be married and worked with suntrust bank. police say she was not the intended subjects. she was at a party in the front yard of a home of the alameda when shots rang out. one struck her in the chest. the shots came from down the street on the alameda. police are calling this a senseless death.

the victim is at shock trauma this morning. anyone with information should call maryland state police. police are trying to determine what type of chemical prompted an evacuation. firefighters were called after the owner smelled a strong odor coming from the basement. the bomb squad found some unidentified chemicals in the basement. nobody was hurt. >> rescue crews are expected to look for a missing boater at near bayside beach. a crew member was on board the boat. after noon yesterday, both fell off. one was rescued but the other has not been located. he was not wearing a life jacket.
