once you get to the key bridge, a clear shot across the key bridge and the rest of the area bridges are checking out fine. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> our big story, students will head back to class at morgan state university following a shooting on campus wednesday evening. >> jennifer franciotti is live at morgan state with the latest on the search for the gunman. >> last night, even in classes were canceled just as a precaution because the gunman and still on the loose. it all happened just before 5:00 last night when someone was shot inside the student center on campus. university officials call it a target shooting. one shooter would want intended victim and the victim was shot in the stomach, listed in saved -- stable condition. neither were students at the

after police officer shot him. officers discovered a stolen car on frederick road. as the officer approached, the suspect reportedly exhilarated toward the officer, who then opened fire. the suspect got away but was later found at the parking lot of a high school. police and anne arundel county increase patrols in glen burnie neighborhood after an armed suspect confronted an elderly woman inside her bedroom. police say the man broke into the woman's house on country club drive saturday night. police say he had a night and took one of the women's shirts off to concealed his face. the woman was not injured. police say the suspect got away with only the shirt. they are looking into the possibility the case is linked to a sexual assault of an 83 year-old woman on the same block years ago. >> we have an assault in 2010 and two attempted burglaries. we do not know if there are connected but we remain cautious. >> police are sending out

jennifer franciotti, wbal-tv 11 news. >> harford county school officials are shocked after the sudden death of their school board president. he was presiding over a board meeting as recently as this monday. he died tuesday. he had a doctorate from temple university and was appointed president of the school board in 2008. he leaves behind a wife and a son. >> a state legislator it is taking steps to ban fracking. this is the controversial method of drilling for natural gas which uses high-pressure water and chemicals to last through layers of shale. it is already being used in pennsylvania, where some critics say it has contaminated water sources. right now it temporary ban is in place until 2014 but a montgomery county delegate says she will introduce a bill keeping the governor's moratorium in place until case study is done. >> it looks like speed cameras and a red light cameras are both
