down, slapped her and grabbed her by the throat and some of the assault was captured on videotape. according to police, the paramedic assaulted and intoxicated woman. lycee it happened during a call to render aid. police accuse her of -- accused -- police accuse him of slapping the woman. these cameras captured some of the incident on tape. the firefighter chief disagrees with the police version of the incident. what did you see on the tape? " there is no audio on the tape. what i see on the tape is -- >> there is no audio on the tape. what i see on the tape is a combative patient. to i think the care was of the utmost? no. do i think he deserves to be thrown in jail? absolutely not. >> hoffman says that the matter

should have been handled internally by the fire department. >> it is a personnel matter in which the person has rights, but we are limited as to what we can -- . >> police are right that the observations of the co-worker are consistent with the video. the video shows the co-worker walking away, clearly distressed. employees at the apartment complex with the surveillance video was captured say the police viewed the tape last week. white's co-worker told police "when the patient began to mouth off, he grabbed her by the back of the head and pushed her face down onto the stretcher." it alleges that she was not being combative as reflected on the videotape? >> i beg to differ.

insulin, and they said that they put in for a whole group termination august 31. >> she was advised her benefits would not end until september 30. harborside, formerly known as ravenwood, announced it was closing. and inspection found numerous fire hazards and safety violations. this is the same facility the state shut down in july 2010 because faulty air-conditioning left residents in sweltering heat. ravenwood healthcare up for bankruptcy in april. >> i think it is awful. >> you are taking care of these patients, coming here every day, cold weather, hot weather, whatever, and they just threw us out like this. >> she and her former co-workers say that they are owed thousands of dollars in vacation and other benefits. 11 news contacted the parent company in baton rouge,
