when the vehicle started to drift. she was relieving another driver. why the bus drifted at all is still under investigation. >> there are a number of procedures, everything from the wheels being turned into a break being set. we are investigating to determine if the proper procedures were followed. >> this is equipped with cameras on the inside and outside of the vehicle. the footage is expected to help investigators with a thorough examination during good -- a thorough examination. workers also removed the bus shelter as many wondered what happened in the first place. >> more passengers could be hurt, but i do not understand how of us could drift that way. >> we were able to confirm all seven victims have been treated and released.

bring you -- detectives are still investigating. we will bring you updates as they are available. >> 21-year-old dominique mcdonald will head to trial on charges. we learned the defense attorney decided to withdraw challenges investigators believe he agreed to meet when nicole mcnair and then shot and killed her last year. now the trial was set for november. >> prosecutors want to send a pasadena man to jail for the rest of his life for allegedly stabbing a man 92 terms. he maintains his innocence, but there is enough evidence for conviction. police say he killed his wife in july of 2011 after learning she was about to leave him.

>> some new numbers from the u.s. census bureau shows some interesting statistics about the greater baltimore area. it looks like we are home to some of the most impoverished people in the nation. one in four residents are living in poverty. the poverty rate did jump 4% during the height of the recession. the figures show 37% of children in baltimore were impoverished in 2011. compare that to washington, d.c., where the metro area has the lowest level of poverty. only 8% of people there are considered empoverish. that includes fairfax county and arlington counties and virginia of course, while howard and now and montgomery county are in the top 10. 2 million americans may be

forced to pay a penalty when president obama's health care reform goes into a fight. americans must be ensured starting in 2014, or they will pay a fine based on tax returns. they originally estimated in 2016 4 million people would opt to pay the penalty instead of getting coverage, but that will be raised to 6 million. they are now expected to total $7 billion, $3 billion more than anticipated, and your mail box may be getting more junk mail soon. that means more so-called junk mail deliveries to millions of mailboxes and a lot more revenue for the struggling postal service. the estimates this could create more than $1 billion in new
