year-old girl. sources said no charges will be filed against john ward the death of monae turnage citing insufficient evidence. a rifle connected to the case was found in his personal vehicle. monae turnage was shot by two young teens in march. her body was hidden under trash bags in an east baltimore alley. city police say he now faces an internal investigation to decide if he will face disciplinary action within the department. remains suspended with pay. >> said police still try to figure out what happened in the death of a teenage girl. investigators say ahjee harrod was found that with a gunshot wound to the head on sunday night and northwest baltimore. investigators say she had been reported missing since march. a family member indicated she had been experiencing problems. police asking anyone with information to give them a call. in an education alert, baltimore school superintendent has named the first school

right now we have a 13 mile per hour wind gusts in oakland. this is what is happening. breezy conditions into the afternoon and evening ahead of that front. with top of the 70 degrees. dropping into the 60's by 6:00 p.m. that is our best chance to see if sprinkle. shouldn't be a major issue. but be careful on the roads if we get any sprinkles. should not have to much of an impact on the drive time. you can see the front draping across the appalachian mountains. this will sneak in for tomorrow and bring some nice weather. although it is also right to come with a cool down behind the front. futurecast will show the slight chance for rain later on near baltimore, that includes up into new york city were the orioles will be playing at 7:30 tonight. not a major concern. they could see a slight sprinkle. dry with the high pressure system into tomorrow. all the way until friday when we
