officers are on a site. right now investigators tell us to officers were driving through patterson park when the police car hit some kind of a manhole cover in the roadway. both officers suffered minor injuries. pittsburgh police have arrested a teenager suspected of soccer punching a teacher who then fell hard on to a curved. it's a he fell head first. -- it looks like he fell head first. the teenager does not attend the same school. police say he apparently picked him at random. 15-year-old faces several assault charges and a promotion violation -- probation violation. here is a scene of a community college parking garage collapsing. it killed two construction workers and trapped another. aid workers were hurt when the roof of the five story concrete garage fell on the campus of miami dade college.
