avenue just after 10:00 on september 17. according to police, this was the only sign of life on the street as dr. peter marvit lay drying nearby. he was a federal researcher who was shot and killed. the men are considered persons of interest. police are hoping if they can identify them, it will help unravel what happened. >> the two individuals are identified as light-skinned black males, possibly in their late teens. so whether you know their names or just any information them, if -- any information about them, if they look familiar to you, please contact homicide detectives. >> police are considering a theory that marvit was mistaken for a delivery driver, but they won't say if they believe his death was connected to a string of carjackings in the area. anyone with information should call 1-866-7-lockup. sarah sampson, wbal-tv 11 news.

>> thank you. police all looking for a group of men who attacked a teenager near patterson park. this happened on sunday. they jumped 819-year-old along east baltimore street. police found him shot multiple times. he died later that evening. another shooting on monday night. police say someone shot a 15- year-old male in the leg. in baltimore county, police are searching for three men involved in a kidnapping and car crash. a man was heading to his car when he was attacked late thursday night. the trio forced to wait into the car and drove off with the victim inside. the vehicle was crashed in

on saturday morning. 70 by monday of next week. >> good morning. we have a west side accident. but see the impact. 60 minutes to go through the of the stretch from 795 down to 95. the accident is backing up traffic near edmonton. 11 minutes from 95 of south side -- 16 minutes to go through the stretch from 795 down towards 95. 23 miles per hour in the outer loop. those delays stretch back to 795. 95 is running well out of the white marsh area. no delays pass the 895 split. everything okay at the harbor tunnel.
