tracking some of fire department activity that kim dacey will be reporting on live shortly. outbound 295 at the beltway. the fire activity is that battery avenue. the j.f.x. at harrisburg expressway in pretty good shape. a closure in harford county because of fire department activity. here's a quick, live look at traffic. this is 29. no sign of the accident. we will keep you posted. this is 295 southbound showing building volume down towards 32. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> an update on breaking news. firefighters are still battling a stubborn fire. >> kim dacey joins us with the

details. >> this is still an active scene. we're several blocks away. firefighters are still actively fighting this fire. we shot some video of them spraying water to put this fire out. it started on the first floor and spread up and over to neighbors' homes. three homes were evacuated. everybody got out ok. the adults and children were transported to the hospital for a precaution. a firefighter fell from a ladder. they are shaken up but hopefully ok. >> material things don't matter to me.

ridder did show conditions -- nobody was injured. there was a shooting in windsor mill on sunday. the victim was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. police have not identified the victim. and man was shot in the head in baltimore city near garrison boulevard. the victim later died. >> a man is dead after crashing his scooter. the scooter collided with a cart in dundalk. the driver died -- the scooter collided with a car. >> saying goodbye to way former

as a pastor, my support for question 6 is rooted in my belief that the government should treat everyone equally. i would not want someone denying my rights based upon their religious views, therefore i should not deny others based upon mine. it's about fairness. this law does not force any church to perform a same sex marriage if it's against their beliefs. and that's what this is about. protecting religious freedom and protecting all marylanders equally under the law. join me in voting for question 6.
