in police custody accused of ganging up on a man in woodlawn and shooting him. it happened just before 2:00 yesterday morning. the victim was found inside a car suffering from a gunshot wound. his injuries were initially described as life-threatening, but police tell us he is in good condition tonight. >> police in bethesda are searching for who ever knocked at one unconscious while she was jogging, dragged her into the woods and sexually assaulted her. it happened around 7:00 last night. it is the same trail where police and other female jogger was attacked and sexually assaulted earlier this year. detectives say this 21-year-old victim had stopped a group of peers that were crossing, and the next thing she remembers is waking up in the woods. she is in serious but stable condition. police have not released any details or description of the attacker. there is a two-alarm row home

this morning in federal hill. kim dacey has the latest on the investigation. >> the fire started around 3:45 this morning and sent smoke and flames shooting into the air like nothing people in this neighborhood had ever seen. >> by the time i woke up, the house was fully engulfed. i saw the flames just shooting up from the roof. >> it was wave after wave of fire coming. i looked out the back window and saw the plume of smoke. >> neighbors in the 12 under block a battery avenue in federal hill " to commotion as fire raced through a three-story row home. fire officials said the blaze started on the first floor and spread up and over to the row homes on either side. no one was seriously injured. five people escaped from the

home on fire. >> an elderly couple and two children and another adult man. >> the son of a couple who lived in home got a frantic phone call, but was thankful to find everyone safe. >> thank god they are ok. >> a firefighter fell from a ladder but suffered only minor injuries. it took firefighters several hours to get the blaze under control because there was a lot of debris inside the home. and had to fight the fire from outside. >> because of all the debris inside, it continued to fuel the fire, creating unsafe conditions. we cannot risk them being in south -- in such unsafe conditions. >> it is really scary, living in

a city, in a row home environment, it does not impact just one person, it is multiple families and homes. it is scary. you just want people to be safe. >> free families have been displaced by the fire. the red cross came to the scene to help them find a temporary place to stay. >> of family in harford county is looking for another place to stay tonight after a fire gutted their home in the middle of the night. fire crews were called to the scene around 3:30 this morning. everyone made it out okay. you can see the damage to the home, everything inside the home -- it is expensive. because of the fire is still under investigation. >> the school bus crash sent three people to the hospital this morning in pikesville. police say the bus driver and an adult passenger taken to the hospital.

another warming trend as we go through most of this week. that will eventually lead to a chance for some showers. we are not talking severe thunderstorms but the potential for some showers as we head toward the end of the week, primarily. the first initial burst of warmer air starting to show up in detroit and cleveland. this is the son of a warm front begin to work its way through the ohio valley and up into the appalachians. not too far from normal right now, but a surge of warmer air to the west could bring that cloud cover in and temperatures could go quite a bit above normal. 66 down at ocean city, 64 at oakland. when you are at 70 degrees, you are running a little above normal. ton.n westminster and parked i upper 60's on the eastern shore. clouds start to move in as the

alarm row house fire in federal hill this morning. in gulf one home on the 1200 block of battery avenue. everyone escaped the fire safely but three families have lost their homes. one firefighter fell from a ladder but only suffered minor injuries. a forensic experts in baltimore county are releasing these skull reconstruction of a man found dead under a bridge in essex. the discovery was made more than a year ago, back in september a year ago. detectives have been working through dna and fingerprint analysis but have not yet been able to identify the victim. he is described as a white man between 40-60 years of age. police say he may be from the dundalk area. in one of the operation should contact of our county police. police in montgomery county said 21-year-old woman is reporting being attacked and sexually assaulted in the bethesda area.

police said the woman was jogging on the trail sunday around 7:00 when she stopped for a deer crossing at the trail. police say she was struck in the head and woke up in the woods just off the trail. is the same location where another sexual assault occurred earlier this year. >> a man in california is set on fire. details ahead as we cover the nation. >> a crisis for the bbc. details on a sex scandal centered on the host of a popular children's show.
