president did have to wade through their property to assess damage. some people are used to flooding in their neighborhoods. they are grateful this storm was not as bad as isabel. >> compared to isabel, this was a piece of cake. it's a piece of cake. in isabel, my whole basement was flooded to the ceiling. >> during isabel, it was chest deep. in comparison, this is mild. i'd say really mild. this is a nice storm, though. but compared to isabel, this is nothing. >> one thing the storm did do is below an immense amount of leaves off of the area trees. we experienced our anti-lock brakes kicking in. the least acting like ice on the roads. >> thank you. the powerful waves took a toll on ocean city.

sandy eroded some of the beaches. most people agree they got off fairly well. >> you heard about how bad this was going to be. we were lucky. it is weird looking at it. >> delmarva received no reports of any power outages. all things are still a go for city.nter fest ocean take a look at this. this is a scene from western maryland where they are digging out from almost two feet of snow and wind gusts of 60 miles per hour.

all but the left lane is closed on the capital beltway at 95. this is 295. off and on traffic is backed up down towards the capital beltway. you can see there are some southbound delays coming down from franklin as the west side delays continue to develop. southbound 83 near padonia road. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> there still could be some minor flooding issues going on. it takes a long time for that to drain into the tributaries and into the atlantic. a number of flood advisory still in effect. it will be running at bank fall until the water can get out of
