the broken main. theain broke yesterday on charles street, forcing businesses to close for the day. they checked for safety hazards. >> you have valves that are located throughout this area and throughout the metropolitan area. they get turned a number of times to turn off the water. >> roads within a four-block radius have been shut down. the water has not been shut off and repairs have not started yet. no timeframe for when that will be fixed. >> a winter storm is now drenching the communities in
