>> starting to get a glaze on the roads. >> out in pennsylvania, there is an adviser for that. we take a look at the radar and satellite combination. you can see we have some shower activity moving in. the shower activity is in frederick and moving eastward. we will talk about the forecast and where everything is headed. now we want to take a look at the tracffic. >> this is 95. 60 miles per hour. so far so good as you make your way south out of the white marsh area. it is building in volume down to the split and the fort mchenry. the harrisburg expressway continues to run smoothly down

to the beltway. 62 on southbound 795 down to the beltway. 58 as you get on to the west side. this is a look from 29. at the beltway, we're still running smoothly. 64 on southbound 295. the continues down towards 175. no delays and no incidents at this hour. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> as concern mounts over the accuracy of the speed camera programs, the vendor launches its own investigation. >> jennifer franciotti is live to explain. good morning. >> xerox conducted a massive investigation.

th shut down this area here at coldspring lane. this is between the j.f.x. exit and falls road. they did it this past weekend. police closed all three lanes and sent three vehicles on repeated test runs clocked by radar guns. they could not recreate the problems. 189 valid test runs were completed and all were within the expected tolerance without anomalies. three cameras are still taking pictures but not to issue tickets. the city agreed to put a hold on those tickets. they will allow for collection of additional data.

several recommendations have been made that d.o.t. said they will follow. jennifer franciotti, wbal-tv 11 news. >> thank you. police want to know if an aide at the maryland school for the deaf abuse any other young girls. clarence taylor was arrested on thursday. we're told that he abused the girls over day two-year period. >> many students stay there during the week. the suspect was a dorm aide. >> he has been suspended from his job at the school. police are investigating reports of an assault at parkville middle school. but attack the victim on

thursday night. no word on the extent of her injuries. >> new details about a shooting at st. joseph's medical center. a man was being treated. police say he tried to hide a needle in his clothing. after a struggle, an officer step in and the prisoner went for the gun. one person was grazed by a bullet. police are trying to identify a masked robber who couldn't quite keep his mask on. this happened on saturday morning. the man took an undisclosed amount of money and then took off in his vehicle.

were reportedly occurrhurt. the last time there were this many patients visiting for the 2004.s in the center is expected to provide more details about the spread of the virus later today. a parade commemorating the anniversary of the bombing of pearl harbor. japanese bombers launched a surprise attack on the u.s. naval fleets. local survivors will commemorate the anniversary in new york. there will be a similar ceremony at the inner harbor in baltimore on the last surviving

with more on the story. >> good morning. erroneous readings in at least three speed the camera locations. the department of transportation is planning on taking those recommendations. a contractor try to recreate those conditions. here on coldspring lane, the contractor conducted a massive test of a camera aimed eastbound. on december 1 and second, police closed all three lanes and sent three vehicles on repeated test runs clocked by hand-held police radar guns and they could not re-create the problem. in this document, 189 test runs were completed and all speed readings were within the expected tolerance without anomalies. the letter also reveals that three cameras under heavy

scrutiny -- east and westbound on coldspring and southbound on greenspring avenue -- are still taking pictures but not to issue tickets. the city agreed to put a processing hold on the cameras while they remained operational to allow the collection of additional data. the department of transportation continues to investigate possible errors. the audit of all 75 speed cameras will be completed by today. jennifer franciotti, wbal-tv 11 news. >> johns hopkins university

jennifer franciotti has more. >> there were erroneous readings in at least three of locations. this is between the j.f.x. exit and falls road. the company conducted an investigation over the weekend. the police department was in fall. three vehicles were sent on repeated test runs and a clock by a radar gun. they could not recreate the problem. the processing hold will be put on the cameras in question until some additional information can be compiled. they will implement at least four recommendations by the country which has been identified as xerox. want to continue the
