3200 block when the suspect bailed out of the vehicle. police say that officer thought the suspect was armed but no weapon has been found. it was supposed to be a celebration to bring in the new year for a 10-year-old girl. it ended with her being shot. it happened just minutes in the 2013. we're live in the county tonight with more of what happened and the search for the shooter. >> family members have identified the little girl and she is in critical condition at a delaware hospital. police say she was injured when a bullet fell from the sky and lodged into her brain, something that is a very rare situation that police tells us to happen.
