the soderling planes. both drivers were taken to the hospital and later released. >> now to an exclusive video. a high-speed chase. police pulled the female suspect from her car after a seven-mile long pursuit into baltimore county. video picks up as baltimore county police around the suspect's vehicle. one of the patrol cars bumps the current as it comes to a stop. according to investigators the woman inside was alicia hoffman depuyt. they started pursuing here in northeast baltimore when officers interrupted a drug transaction and hoffman took off, striking two officers in that process. >> there were hit by cars and fled. it left the city line. we followed it up to the point where we needed assistance from fox-trot and county air which is the helicopter.

>> officers with guns drawn pulled hoffman out of a car. there was a scuffle and an injured officer was -- there was an injured officer. >> the vehicle is not registered to the suspect. >> all the injured officers suffered non-life-threatening injuries. hoffman was arrested days before their incident. she faces drug, traffic, and assault charges. >> vice-president joe biden is pledging action after holding meetings as part of a control -- a gun control task force. the stepfather of a colorado movie shooting victim and another anti grougun rights gro.

they can be played back in installments but it costs a lot more. it would have cost clay than $3,500 a year. he fell behind on payments and the bienick canceled his policy. he claims u.s. capitol charged illegal and excess of finance charges and fees. two other plaintiffs are represented by alex brown. >> we are suing them because they're taking advantage of the people who are least capable of protecting themselves. >> the court appeals held that the companies were engaging in illegal financing practices. the court ordered the company refund payments. brown says the court did not go far enough in protecting consumers. >> they're getting sold the things they should not be sold.

they are being charged fees these statutes prohibit and the premier and finance companies are delaying repayment. in orderly -- in order to improperly collect interest. >> they say they had agreed to refund any customers before the lawsuit was filed. their attorney provided the statement. the lawyers amended the complaint after was filed to at 3 customers as plaintiffs. the maryland insurance commission determined one has been repaid and the other owes the premium -- the company money. the companies will be moving to the lawsuit and fully expect the case will be thrown out of court. brown says that statement response to the issue of overcharging interest and ignores other alleged misconduct. clay is itching to drive. >> i really do miss driving.
