altogether. sarah sampson has details. >> the judge called leopold's conduct outrageous and beyond any authority he possessed. leopold was found bill -- guilty on two counts. he forced county employees to do personal chores like making them and be his year-eurine. he was acquitted of a fraud charge that could've put him in jail. >> the conduct represented poor judgment. >> whenever you seek an indictment, you are seeking an indictment on all counts. it was a difficult case. >> right now leopold is
