let's turn it over. we are hearing some big names from baltimore are in town. >> big names are in town. a big name is in the hall of fame. the ravens have their first victory of the weekend. jonathan ogden moments ago was elected into the nfl hall of fame. he becomes the first raven in the hall of fame. art modell did not make it into the top 10 finalists. j.o. will be inducted and become one of the all-time greats. he is now a member of the pro football hall of fame. >> i was walking along the river walk today. it was so crowded you could barely move. i saw some 49ers fans for the first time. there was a little bit of smack

later in the morning. there was cloud cover. i guess that means a shorter winter. we're getting one to right now. light snow covering the area. this is the radar near philadelphia down the chesapeake region. most of it is light. in west virginia, they have had 1.5 inches of snow. there will be a couple of little impulses coming through. perhaps one again tomorrow. these do not amount to much. today the high was 29. the low was 17 early this morning. temperatures are way below the average for the season. temperatures are close to freezing in a couple of cases. downtown is 32. 28 at the airport. 23 in westminster. the warmer temperatures are to the south. there may be some rain mixed

with the snow. in the 20's in far western maryland. this all has to pass through this evening. we will continue with the light snow. both of these are starved for moisture. this shows up well on the satellite image. here is the one coming through now. there is rain to the south with the system. there is another impulse in the dakotas moving into iowa. there's another one in british columbia and another offshore in the pacific. they are all streaming down into the north central u.s. it is barely above zero at international falls. they were 30 below zero this morning. it is nine degrees in minneapolis right now. our temperatures tonight, 24 to 28. light snow will continue with

minimal accumulations. white southwest wind is expected overnight. -- like southwest wind is expected overnight. by midnight, most of the first batch will be over. this indicates an inch or less in our area. tomorrow, our forecast is calling for 35 to 39. snow showers and possibility. mostly cloudy skies. west wind up 5 to 10 miles an hour. we have snow chances monday night into tuesday morning and then tuesday night and wednesday morning. daytime, we should see some sunshine. we will be up to near 40 by wednesday. the system late in the week is a rainmaker on friday. >> the ravens get their first cheer of the weekend.

fans not to see the first owner joining jonathan in the hall of fame. on to the ravens and their hopes for tomorrow. this game is unlike any other. you can tell from the swirl of energy around us. on sunday, it becomes just another football game. the strategy that led the ravens to this game will be evident. that is trying to find mismatch es that play out in their favor. the biggest one they have exploited in the postseason is joe flacco to pitta. the 49ers have great linebackers. he knows if he brings the best game of his life, he could be the x factor for the ravens in super bowl xlvii. >> you have to be that much better. you have to be that much more aware and prepared. i saw a lot of that in new england.
