>> what a great week it is. we will be talking about the super bowl. we will take a look at weather and traffic. >> tonight, they fly back and. there is a chance for a little snow. another clipper storm. this is not a big deal. let us start with this morning. see what is going on. nothing. partly cloudy skies. temperatures in the low to mid 20's. at the airport, 20 four degrees. we should make it into the mid- 30's this afternoon with a mixture of sun and clouds. tonight, a chance for some light snow. we will check the seven-day in a few minutes. >> good morning. not a lot of volume out there for this time of the morning. most people are still at home sleeping after the celebration.

a disabled vehicle off to the right shoulder. he stopped 50 at the bay bridge, police activity possible lane closures. a couple situations and cecil county. fire activity in perryville at concorde and lincoln avenue. closures are possible in that area. the major roadways are checking out ok. north and southbound traffic is moving just fine. no delays. same on 795. this is southbound traffic. that is the latest on traffic. >> our big story this morning. you may have heard, it was a big football game last line. >> for the second time in franchise history, the ravens bring the lombardi trophy and a

nailbiter of a win in super bowl 47. they took a man of the game early and often on their opening drive. flacco connecting with anton boldin. the ravens found more weapons with a second quarter strike. given them a 14-3 lead. it reminds us why he is still one of the nfl's most dangerous passing offenders. the ravens capitalize on a turnover. he gets back up and takes it all the way for a 21-3 lead. what a game he had. a beirut route going into the second half after jones takes the opening kick for a 108 yard run. the power went out. what an amazing run this was.

i could watch this over again. the power went out. i tap and half of the superdome. the ravens momentum went out as well. after that 34 minute delay, they started going the 49ers' way. it was a 31-29 game with just under two minutes. the ravens did not break. final score, baltimore 34, san francisco, 31. the ravens are your new super bowl champs. joe flacco is named mvp. >> it has not sunk in yet. crazy. unbelievable. tough to put into words. it has not sunk in yet. it has not sunk in yet that we are here. >> nobody ever panic. everybody looked at each other. it was no panic. when your back is against the wall, and we said we had three

more plays to get into the goal line. if we all do our jobs, they will not get in. it is a testament to what we have been through and how much trust we have had all year. >> what a way to go out for oh ray lewis. a game in which they never trailed. you would never know that by the way the emotion motion and momentum shifted in the second half when the lights went out in the third quarter. the lights went on for the san francisco 49ers. >> you have that 35-minute delay. unprecedented in the super bowl. 20-six. the ravens were in control. the san francisco came in. it was game on. that would only be fitting considering the season. the of sandown they went through to get to this point would not have been right. they had already done that.

this was more exciting. 34-30 one. the final stand with their leader in the middle, ray lewis in his final game. >> a play for the ages. the last defense of play of ray lewis his career. it closes out in iraq - an era. it is back to baltimore with a time to celebrate as lewis says goodbye to the ravens and nfl the only way he wanted to, waste and the the summary trophy for the second time. >> that brings us to our water cooler question. what was your favorite moment from the ravens super bowl xlvii win? >> there was a home team

advantage on the team for the ravens. plenty of ravens fans filled the super bowl. have you been to bed? >> i got a couple hours of sleep. i am a little groggy. it was well worth it. what an unusual mind. we were sitting in the media compound when the power went out. there was a big home. everyone kind of scurried. we wanted to know what was going on. some of the fans started leaving the stadium. we have some video. some people started leaving the superdome. some of the fans we talked to were phased, and others were not. >> all of a sudden, three quarters of the lights went out. it was frightening. a big plays in the lights go out you are concerned. the amount of time it took

concerned me. >> were you freak out? >> a little. we could still see. people were not happy. i am used to it. the power goes out. >> obviously, they fixed the problem after about 35 minutes. the game went on to a huge ravens victory. let us go live to federal hill. are the people partying still? >> there are not people partying right now. when we got here at 4:30, there were a few left. it is a lot quieter than it was a couple of hours ago. as soon as the ravens won, the city a rocket and excitement. fans took to the street to celebrate. it was more than just a celebration. things got a little bit instructive best disruptive. most fans were happy and happy to be a part of the celebration.

just fine. a live view of 795, southbound traffic coming towards us and that looks like it is a little bit heavier. typical for this type of morning but nothing to cause delays appear that is the latest. live -- we will go straight to the weather. >> no ava? 24 degrees at the airport. cleared to partly cloudy skies. the weather is going to be just fine to get you out the door. everybody's celebrating late last night. it would be a shame if we started today with snow or something unfortunate like that but it will not be the case. temperatures of little colder up north. 20 in parked in. eastern shore, temperatures in the mid 20's. 25 in chestertown. another clippers storm -- this has been this story the whole winter. coming from the northwest. another showing up on the right are producing light snow -- light snow around chicago and

indianapolis and the trajectory taking it toward baltimore. the timing probably after 5:00. we'll get through most of the day without weather problems but 5:00 or 6:00 in the early tonight some snow developing. like the last couple of storms, it will not produce a whole lot for us. an inch or less in most areas and it should be done before midnight. after midnight, the skies would clear. rear snow at the mountains. a mixture of sunshine and a flute -- a few clouds during the day and a chance for light snow this evening and early tonight. i'd temperatures between 31-36. overnight tonight, the light snow before midnight and after that the skies would clear out. an inch or less. north northwest wind at around 10 miles an hour. temperatures dropping back into the mid-20s's. seven-day, fairly quiet through the middle of the week. another weaker clippers storm could tuesday night into early -- early thursday morning with light snow but it will warm up a touch. temperatures close to 40 on

wednesday and thursday. a coastal storm develops on friday. it could be interesting. right now a mixture of rain or snow. this is not a clippers on the coastal one. we will keep an eye on it. at this point, looks like a dry weekend saturday and sunday. i understand what connected with ava marie now -- no? yes? no? my top hat and cane, could utah's and over? we will try to get her later. >> here it will look at some of our top stories. at least eight people are dead and close to 40 others injured after a tour crash -- tour bus crashes into two other vehicles in southern california. officials said the bus was leaving the big bear mountain resort area and was headed back to tijuana, mexico. we are told the bus was having great trouble as it came down a mountain road, rear ended one car and slipped over into the path of another. a 25-year-old man charged with murder in connection with a

shooting death of a former navy seal and his friends saturday. facing two counts of capital murder and the death of former naval steer and "american sniper" author and his friends at a texas gun range. he wrote the autobiography of the most lethal sniper in cuba's military history detailing his 150-plus kills. police believe that shooter may have suffered from a mental illness. the family of mohammad elice as the legendary boxer is just fine despite rumors to the contrary circuling on line. it started when a british tabloid quoted family source of that mohammad ali was near death. on sunday his wife posted these pictures on line of the champion getting ready for the super bowl. you will notice he is wearing a ray lewis ravens t-shirt and his wife says he was particularly taken by beyonce's halftime

the touching moment between the man and a worse. -- and a horse. investors winning on wall street. futures quiet this morning. but friday the dow industrials closed above 14,000 for the first time since 2007. now it is just about 1% from the all-time record high. the january jobs report helped us push us over. twitter was under a cyber attacked and the service says hackers may have obtained access to information to users. bay -- passwords have been reset and computers in american news organizations have been attacked by chinese hackers. bank of america has had its shares of problems. a piece of its online site crashed friday, and people could barely access their accounts.

at the new york stock exchange, jane king bloomberg news reporting for wbal-tv 11 news. >> good morning. off to a fairly quiet start. a good thing after a big night last night. you did not want to deal with weather problems. it is cold but nothing unusual for this time of year. when you drop your kids off, no weather problems expected. if they have to stand at the bus stop make sure they are properly dressed. they should be dry would you pick them up from school but during the evening commute after 5:00 or 6:00 may be a chance of light snow to move in but at 3:00 in the afternoon it should be fine with high temperatures near 34. in a few minutes we will look at the seven-day forecast. >> as far as the roads, looking pretty good overall. a few problem spots to mention. northbound 95 that caton avenue, disabled vehicle. it edged water and anne arundel county, 467 at old muddy creek

spots or fan celebrations. >> absolutely. people continue to celebrate well into the early morning hours. people said they have been waiting for this since 2001, and when the ravens did seal the win, the excitement erupted and people spilled out into the streets. as soon as the game ended, masses of euphoric fans took to the streets of baltimore to celebrate. our helicopter captured the see a purple from above as they poured out of bars and restaurants. in canton, the overflying high. >> i have never seen anything like this in my life. >> it is mega mega mega. like nothing we have had ever. nothing ever. >> in federal hill, the energy was electric. it looked more like a rocks -- rock concert but at some point it turned dangerous, even destructive. a group of people polled a

>> we picked up reported a crash southbound 95 ride at 895. checking on any possible lane closures. south on 95 at 222 in cecil county, the red line, emergency road construction and fire activity in perryville at concord and aiken . anne arundel, 468 at mill swamp road. you can see from our camera, southbound traffic on the side of the screen coming toward us pretty steadily but nothing to cause delays. 95 at white marsh, same story. is outbound looking fine and northbound, too. that is the latest.

tony, over to you. >> good morning. i think a lot of people are sleeping in a little bit. the weather is quiet as well, so everybody gets to ease into this monday morning. 24 in catonsville, 20 and westminster and same thing in parkton. cool but not unusual for this time of year. hi, and cloud cover but i think we will see a lot of sunshine to start the day. as we had to the afternoon, the clouds will thicken up because another clippers storm coming from the northwest. this has been the pattern through the whole winter. the storms out of the northwest but not really grabbing any moisture from this out so not a lot of snow with them. this one will take a similar track down across northern virginia, just south of baltimore, and producing light snow probably started after 5:00 or 6:00 this evening into a rally tonight. again, this is not a big event but the tail end of the evening commute and into early tonight there could be a little snow to contend with and it could be a little slippery.

with yet another super bowl ring. mindy basara is live in new orleans with more of what is going on. i am sure you are exhausted but what an incredible way to go out last night. >> absolutely. i think everybody is exhaustive but we are all on adrenalin right now. new orleans starting to wake up, starting to be hostile and bustle in the downtown area. people heading to work. it is monday morning but what a night last night. let's look at some game video. the front half look like it would be a ravens bow out. and believe it or not, some 49 as fans left really early and they miss a lot of drama. of course, with the power outage in the third quarter and then the neck and neck race and the ravens pulling it out in the end and winning super bowl xlvii. right after the game, we just saw streams and strains of 49ers fans coming out of the superdome. it happened about half an hour or so, very quietly, and then
