no problems to report at the moment. 11 minutes on the north side. so far so good on the west side, 12 minutes. all the roads around the airport are up to speed. 64 on 97 prior to 50. no major delays at the bay bridge toll plaza. 56 on 95 at the beltway. this speech continues down to the fort mchenry. 65 coming out of the white marsh area -- those speeds continue down to the fort mchenry. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> the search for a former police officer appears to have come to a fiery end.

police tracked chris dorner to wait lodge in the mountains. he barricaded himself in a cabin. police heard a single gunshot just before the cabin went up in flames. a body was found inside. it has the been confirmed it is dorner's. >> it is difficult to identify the remains of somebody. it could take weeks to do an analysis dependent on the condition of the body. >> dorner is responsible for four deaths. a busy night in fells point for first responders. somebody had fallen into the harbor. no word on that person's

condition. there was a serious stabbing on broadway. that person was taken to johns hopkins hospital. a production was struck by a car after 11:30 on tuesday night on north monroe street. >> a police trainee remains in critical condition after shot by live round in a training exercise. jennifer franciotti has the latest on his condition. good morning. >> good morning. the trainee is said to be in his 40's. he is listed in grave condition. he was hit in the front of the head in a training exercise by a training instructor. the victim is part of the campus police department.

the shooting happened on tuesday afternoon in owings mills. the facility is being used for various police training activities. police are not saying what kind of training was happening yesterday. right now there is no word as to why live ammunition was being used. >> i understand it. i get it. you guys want answers to those questions. one thing i want to make clear is i probably have more questions than you have. it will take time to get answers to those questions. for me, it is unacceptable. we will make this better so this doesn't happen again. >> the trading facility has been shut down until further notice. jennifer franciotti, wbal-tv 11 news. >> thank you. police have identified the student who killed one of is roommates and wounded another

before killing himself. we're told dayvon green set several fires before shooting his roommates as they try to escape. stephen rane was killed and another was wounded. a number of weapons were found inside. >> a student who is overwhelmed and scared. >> green was a graduate student at the university of maryland. his family said he suffered from mental illness. >> a man is being held in a new york jail accused of killing a man and stuffing the body in the trunk of a car. john ryan was found in a parking lot. police picked up michael stahlnecker on tuesday and charged him with the murder.

faces teacher's aide child sex abuse. police arrested amanda miller on monday. a student said he and miller started a sexual relationship in december. miller is charged with sexual abuse of a minor. faces up to 37 years in prison. >> a charter school has been decided to close. two schools were shut their doors at the end of the school year. it is not clear what will happen to a middle school or the baltimore freedom academy now that their contracts have been terminated.

>> the police trainee is listed in grave condition. police have questions about how this could have happened. it was at 3:00 p.m. when a helicopter arrived carrying the injured trainee. he is in is 40's. he is part of the university of maryland baltimore campus police department. authorities say he was shot in the front of the head by a training instructor. that trainee is now fighting for his life. >> he is stable. any thoughts or predictions about long-term outcome at this point are way, way too early. >> the shooting happened at 2:30 in owings mills. the facility is now used for police training activities. authorities would not discuss what specific training was taking place at the time of the shooting. or what live ammunition was being used during an exercise -- or why live ammunition was being

a victim was found on tuesday night on st. luke's lane. he was taken to shock trauma. no word as to what set off a house fire in windsor mill. the heavy smoke and flames were seen shooting out of this home on dogwood lane. no one was injured. lorist fellore fo victim to an employee. she may not be the first victim. >> a local shop owner says she hired a floral designer on the spot because his work was just that good. she accuses him of scamming her out of thousands of dollars.
