getting sued. >> several lawsuits on behalf of patients were filed today stemming from the case of dr. nikita levy, the obgyn who police say killed themself up the learning he was under investigation for secretly a photograph in patients during exams. >> hundreds of dr. nikita levy's patients have contacted lawyers for more information and and and the pursuit of justice. the lawsuits claim the hospital should have done more to keep an eye on dr. nikita levy. >> she is among the first former patients to file a medical malpractice and negligence lawsuit against dr. nikita levy's former employer, a johns hopkins. authorities say he committed suicide this week after they began investigating him for secretly photographeding and
